  • T8 released a 54-node ComfyUI extension pack for MiniMax H3 across seven menus with over 800 stars.
  • Includes matching nodes and workflows for Alibaba PAI's new 8-step PDD acceleration LoRAs.
  • Dual-clock sampler runs one joint AV forward with video shift 12 and audio shift 3 on separate clocks.
  • Long-video chain generated 60 seconds as 14 segments with atomic accepted-manifest crash recovery.
  • Ships source-video repaint, dialogue-safe mastering, and long-form speech studios, all flagged experimental.
  • Author openly documents identity drift, loudness jumps, and no general 16 GB memory-safe guarantee.

A community developer going by T8 has published a sprawling ComfyUI extension pack for MiniMax H3, the joint audio and video diffusion transformer, with matching nodes and workflows for Alibaba PAI's freshly released 8-step acceleration LoRAs. The project, comfyui-minimax-h3-audio-T8, has cleared 800 stars and registers 54 nodes across seven menus covering conditioning, sampling, long-video chaining, speech, and source-video repainting.

Alibaba PAI just dropped the official MiniMax-H3-Acc-LoRAs, which render joint video and synchronized audio in 8 or 4 sampler steps with no classifier-free guidance. These go beyond ordinary adapters. Alongside a rank-64 trunk LoRA, each checkpoint carries a Parallel Decoding Distillation head bank: 32 per-interval copies of the final-layer video and audio projections that fuse into a single mean-block-velocity head at each sampler step. A plain LoRA loader silently discards the head bank and loses the distillation.

What actually ships in the pack

The T8 extension is not itself a runtime for those PDD files (the reference loader for those is Jalen-Brunson's PDD Acc node). Instead, it wraps the whole MiniMax H3 workflow surface in ComfyUI and includes a Turbo LoRA conversion utility in
