Oriveo unifies AI APIs across web, iOS, and Android
Oriveo is an open-source chat client that connects multiple AI providers through one interface. Users supply their own API credentials, choose among more than 700 models from 15 providers, and run the client on iOS, Android, or the web.
The model matters for developers who want direct control over routing, usage costs, and local conversation storage. Most consumer chat subscriptions do not include API credits, so users generally need separate developer accounts with usage-based billing. Oriveo also supports subscription sign-in for OpenAI and Grok.
Source-only setup
The AGPL-3.0 repository contains the application source but no prebuilt Android .apk or iOS .ipa files. Native users must compile the clients themselves. The web application provides the shortest path to a working installation:
git clone https://github.com/oriveo/oriveo.git
cd oriveo
npm install
npm run dev:appRunning those commands with Node.js 22.22.2 or newer starts the client at localhost:3001. Initial setup asks for a provider credential.
Fifteen providers behind one picker
Oriveo presents more than 700 hosted and local models through a shared picker. Its native integrations cover general-purpose model vendors, inference platforms, and several Chinese providers:
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, Grok, and Mistral
