  • DSH plugin exposes DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, GLM 5.3 Flash, Kimi K3 with no login or API key.
  • Routes through OpenCode Zen and Kilo AI public gateways, no middleman.
  • Ships OpenAI and Anthropic compatible local gateway at /v1/messages, /v1/chat/completions, /v1/responses.
  • Tool-output compression (RTK) cuts a 40 KB git diff by 90% before dispatch.
  • Fallback chains discard failing links before any visible token streams out.
  • Kilo lane may log prompts, do not send sensitive or production data.

A third-party provider plugin for DeepSeek Harness adds public, keyless models directly to the runtime’s model picker. At publication, the plugin repository had more than 33,000 stars and ranked first on GitHub’s weekly JavaScript trending list. Its catalog includes DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, GLM 5.3 Flash, and Kimi K3, which become available after installation and a restart without account creation or an API key.

Two public gateways behind one picker

DeepSeek Harness, commonly called DSH, is DeepSeek AI’s MIT-licensed, open-source agent runtime. It combines a language model with an agent loop, tools, a sandbox, and an interface. Each component can be replaced through configuration.

The plugin implements DSH’s model-provider interface and sends inference requests to two public upstreams: OpenCode’s Zen gateway and Kilo AI’s public gateway. According to the repository, the plugin operates no shared account pool or proxy service of its own. This architecture gives developers a quick way to test DSH’s tool-calling and agent workflows while making availability, latency, and data handling dependent on those upstream services.

Install with manifest verification

DSH must be available locally before the provider can be registered. The repository documents the following workflow:

  1. Start the DSH web interface:

    code
    npx @deepseek-ai/dsh web
  2. Clone the provider in another shell:

    code
    git clone https://github.com/Ebony-Vinyl/dsh-our-free-model
