# SenteLabs' OpenExecutive Wires 8 Claude Agents Into One AI C-Suite

A new open-source project called [OpenExecutive](https://github.com/SenteLabsAI/OpenExecutive) is trying to answer a question a few founders have been asking out loud lately: what if your C-suite were a piece of software? Built by [SenteLabs](https://sentelabs.ai), it wires eight specialist Claude agents behind a single orchestrator that speaks with one consistent executive voice, and ships as a FastAPI backend plus a Next.js 15 UI under Apache 2.0.

The repo describes it as an AI system that acts as your company's virtual executive team, a senior advisor with Harvard MBA-level knowledge, customized for your specific business. It has picked up more than 1,400 GitHub stars, and the codebase reads less like a demo and more like a production system, with schedulers, audit logs, integrations, and an eval harness.

## Eight agents, one voice

The user never talks to the specialists directly. An Executive Orchestrator running on `claude-sonnet-4-6` receives the message, fans out parallel tool calls to the relevant agents, and synthesizes a single response. The eight specialists cover the standard C-suite surface area:

* **Chief Strategy Officer** for competitive analysis, M&A, positioning, and OKRs
* **Chief Financial Officer** for modeling, fundraising, unit economics, and cash flow
* **Chief HR/People Officer** for hiring, comp, performance, and culture
* **General Counsel** for contracts, IP, employment basics, and compliance
* **Chief Operating Officer** for process design, vendors, and scaling
* **Chief Marketing Officer** for GTM, brand, PR, and communications
* **Chief Product Officer**
